GUIDANCE COUNSELORS help students in identifying problems and making decisions about their social, personal and academic development.  They consult with parents, teachers and administrators to help students deal with and resolve personal, educational and social concerns.  Each grade level counselor begins with sixth grade and follows the students throughout their three years at RHMS.  This allows the student and their parents to establish rapport and maintain a partnership with the same counselor.  Through individual and group counseling, the grade level counselors help their students make personal and educational decisions, facilitate improvement in behavioral problems and monitor and help with their academic progress and school attendance.
